About the Author Jack Hennessey Jack Hennessey is a physical scientist, retired from the U.S. Department of Energy. He and his wife Joan, who inspired this book, are enthusiastic bird watchers. Jack's interest in birds began when he was working on his bird study merit badge in the Boy Scouts. He now lives in Symphony Village, a senior community in Centerville, Maryland, on the eastern shore of Maryland. The book is dedicated to his twelve grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. |
